If more than one party becomes interested in a comic, negotiation to “deal” or “no deal” stage is made with the first to make a firm offer. Crazy1 does not play off buyers against each other. All offers and negotiation are confidential.

Returns

In-person sales and sales to international addresses are final.
A NZ-delivered online purchase may be returned for a refund, provided:

• Returns are received within 7 days of delivery to you;
• You arrange and pay for the return (please use a tracked, insured service);
• The returned item is received in the same condition as it was supplied.

Grading & Condition

All items are used (not new) and sold “as pictured.”
Grades for CGC-type, slabbed (encased) comics are assumed to be accurate.
Cases for slabbed comics may have small marks or imperfections.
Grades stated for raw (non-slabbed) comics should be treated as APPROXIMATE.

Grade	What is typical in this grade range
NM/M NM+ NM NM-	NEAR MINT: Few signs of aging or wear. Looks “Like new.” on first glance. 1-4 tiny defects may be visible on close inspection. Flat. Glossy. Sharp corners. Staples often shiny. No colour-breaking creases. Little to no spine stress. Often with white or off-white pages. Minor manufacturing flaws.
VF/NM VF+ VF VF-	VERY FINE: Some subtle signs of aging or wear. “Excellent condition.” 4-8 minor defects, possibly including small production defects, small bends, small dents, a small colour-breaking crease, tiny chips, subtle spine stress, slightly blunted corners, dulled staples, pages cream to yellowish.
FN/VF FN+ FN FN-	FINE: multiple accumulated small signs of aging or wear. “Above average“. Multiple small defects, possibly including bends, dents, small tears, small colour-breaking creases, spine stress, minor soiling, foxing, marks, slightly abraded corners, tarnished staples, pages creamy/tanned/yellowing.
VG/FN VG+ VG VG-	VERY GOOD: obvious signs of aging and wear. “Tired/worn condition.” Defects may include small stains, stickers, writing, soiling, large creases, spine roll, small spine splits, moderate tears, small missing pieces, staple pull-through, partial centrefolds or cover detachment, corners rounded or small bits missing, areas of water damage, mild staple rust, yellow pages. (Interior and covers complete with no cut-outs.)
GD/VG GD+ GD GD-	GOOD: prominent aging, wear, and damage “Seen better days.” Defects may include significant staining, writing, soiling, creasing, spine role, tears, larger missing pieces, mildew, chew damage, water damage, a degree of page/cover browning or partial brittleness, missing corners, moderate staple rust. (Interior readable and complete with no cut-outs. )
